Sam Divine, CPA, MBA

Originally from Monrovia, Liberia, Sam Divine, Jr. leads GrowthXel. Sam is passionate about helping clients accelerate their growth and optimize their results. He has consulted with clients through international expansion, pricing and financial and operational optimization.

Sam’s career began in professional services at Grant Thornton and Ernst & Young. Additionally, Sam has worked for large companies including Cox Communications and WebMD in diverse roles in finance, product management and strategy.

Sam holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an MBA in International Business from Georgia State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Massachusetts. Sam lives in Atlanta and enjoys soccer, golf, practicing French and learning Spanish.

Udy Okereke, MBA

Udy is an Associate at GrowthXel. She brings over twenty years of experience in general and cost accounting with companies including WestRock, Biolabs and Focus Brands. Udy holds a BSBA in Accounting from Liberty University and an MBA in Finance from University of Baltimore.

Vannessa Carrillo

Vannessa is the engine that keeps GrowthXel moving. As Operations Analyst, she ensures everything works well from resource onboarding to executing great client events. Vannessa is originally from Bolivia.

Mohammad Mannan

Mohammad is an expert in providing exceptional services to his clients.  He is a Senior Project Consultant with GrowthXel. He started his career as an accountant and worked hard, eventually becoming a CFO of a midsize firm before going into consulting.  He enjoys working with people and loves to share knowledge.

Mohammad received his B.S. in Computer Information Systems and M.S. in Accountancy, both from DePaul University.  He is a registered and licensed CPA with the State of Illinois.

Mohammad loves spending quality time with his family, enjoys cycling and playing sports with his two children.

Anthony Porter, MBA

Anthony is a Project Consultant with GrowthXel. Prior to GrowthXel, Anthony worked as a Finance Manager at Chartis Group. Anthony is originally from Jamaica.

Eric Bruce, MBA

Eric is a Senior Project Consultant with GrowthXel. Prior to GrowthXel, Eric was a Senior Accounting Manager at nThrive (formerly MedAssets) where he held various roles in general accounting and revenue accounting. Eric is a graduate of Université de Marseille, St Jerome and has an MBA in Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology.
