Each client relationship begins with a conversation to understand if we can help, if the future has a pressing problem they need us to solve. Basically, no client relationship begins if there’s not a fit.
After both parties have determined there’s a fit, both parties go back and get prepared for a follow-up meeting. Although this is a free session, we view this as a working session and if there was a fit, we expect some valuable consulting to occur. This is Discovery and yes, it is a free session.
Diagnosis is where we take information and ideas from Discovery and validate them using our secret sauce. At the end of Diagnosis, we are able to say, “here is the quantified opportunity.”
We then take the opportunity or opportunities from the Diagnosis and create a detailed Solution for our clients. Solutions can either be implemented by the client or done jointly with us.
